Current status of the website
Cyber Snail is currently a pre-launch website for a planned retro cyber mystery mail product. The signup form collects interest and launch communication only. No payment is taken through this page and no purchase contract is concluded by joining the launch list.
Product concept
Cyber Snail is planned as a small-batch physical mail product containing fictional cyber mystery material, printed case files, safe puzzle content, mini-zines and collectible inserts. Puzzle content is fictional and must not be used as instructions to access or interfere with real systems.
Future orders
Before paid orders are accepted, the final product contents, price, delivery area, shipping cost, delivery estimate, payment options and withdrawal information must be shown clearly during the order process. A purchase contract is formed only when the customer submits a paid order and receives acceptance or confirmation under the checkout terms then displayed.
Customer obligations
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Cyber Snail puzzle material is for private entertainment, learning and collecting only. Any misuse against real systems, services or people is prohibited.
Intellectual property
Texts, designs, puzzle concepts, graphics, branding and other content are protected by copyright and related rights unless otherwise stated. Buying an issue does not transfer copyright or grant a commercial licence.
Availability and changes
Small-batch products may be limited. We may adapt product contents before final sale, but paid orders must be fulfilled according to the description and consumer information provided at the time of purchase.
Governing law
German law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights of the consumer’s country of residence where those rights cannot be excluded.
