Current status

This website currently collects launch interest only. Joining the launch list does not create a paid purchase contract, so there is currently no purchase to withdraw from.

Right of withdrawal for future purchases

If Cyber Snail later sells goods online to consumers in the EU, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement.

Operator note: For online B2C contracts concluded through an online interface, implement a functional electronic withdrawal interface before the 19 June 2026 applicability date. A static form is not enough once online sales go live.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from a future purchase contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise before purchase.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
